Build The Biggest Rec League.

Put Brodie on every court in the world. We’re hiring for game nights across Canada, the US, and at our Toronto HQ

We hire builders. Nobody handed us a league, an app or a brand. We built all three. If the thing we need doesn’t exist yet, we want the person who makes it.

What’s In It For You.

We’re not offering you a job. We’re offering you a roster spot. Here’s what comes with it.

Paid Well, Looked After

Competitive pay, set for your role. On launch and sales roles, that’s a base plus upside for every team you bring in. Eligible roles get health coverage from day one, paid time off, and your birthday off. The posting spells out what applies to yours.

Find the thing nobody owns, and own it. You’ll get real responsibility early, the tools to build what’s missing, and room to ship. Your record here starts at 0-0.

Brodie is a community before it’s a company. You’ll work alongside people who played here first, get credit when you step up, and help run the place thousands of athletes call their third place.

We’re opening new markets across North America, and the next era of Brodie is being built right now. Join while the playbook is still being written, and help write it.

Free league play, the gear, tuition reimbursement, access to all of the newest tools, Friday lunches and more, plus a seat at the yearly Brodie takeover of the Toronto Raptors court.

People who stay get promoted into the building. Our COO started as a scorekeeper, and several of our ops team played in Brodie before they joined the staff.

What We Look For.

Killers

You Play To Win.

You hate losing, and you play for the team.

Killers

We play to win and we hate to lose. Everyone here keeps their own scoreboard high, but this is a team sport. Every personal win rolls up to the team's. Killer instinct only counts when the whole team comes out ahead.

Builders

You Fix Things Without Being Asked.

If there's no playbook, you write one.

Builders

We don't wait for a playbook. We write it. High agency, end-to-end ownership, and a habit of reaching for the newest tools and AI before they're popular. If the thing we need doesn't exist yet, we build it.

Athletes

You Put Athletes First.

You make everyday players feel like pros.

Athletes

The athlete comes first, always, and we carry ourselves like one. Everything we make, the jersey, the content, the energy in the gym, exists to make an everyday person feel like a pro and connect them to something bigger: the brand, each other, the community.

Lifers

You're Here For The Long Run.

You work fast and you're patient about results.

Lifers

We think in decades, not quarters. Our biggest dreams aren't dreams, they're schedules. Urgent on the work, patient on the results, in it for the long game.

Every role is different and work location details are listed in the job posting. We’re in the business of creating In Real Life experiences and that drives our philosophy on collaboration.

Yes. If they’d vouch for you, ask them to put your name forward through our referral program instead of applying directly. It goes straight to our Talent team, so nothing gets lost in a DM.

Introduce yourself using the Introduce Yourself button. Tell us where you are and what you’d build there. Every new Brodie city starts with one person who already knows the neighbourhood. That could be you.

We only recruit through brodierec.com and our Ashby job board. We never ask for payment to apply. Not now. Not ever. If something feels off, forward it to careers@brodierec.com.

Four stages. Four voices, max. A call with our Talent team, a conversation with the hiring manager, time with the people you’d work alongside, and a final chat. Every step looks for the same four values: Killers, Builders, Athletes, Lifers. Timing depends on the role. You hear from us at every step.

The game happens in the room, so most of our roles do too. Game nights run on site at our venues. HQ works out of Toronto. City Launchers are the exception: they work from the city they’re opening. The posting spells it out.

Both. Most game-night roles are part-time and run in the evening. City Launch and HQ roles are full-time. Every posting says which, and most show the pay range up front. No guessing.

No. You need to know people. Whether you’re running a Tuesday night in the gym, launching a new city or building the systems behind it all, you’re hired for how you build, not how you shoot. Every role needs the same things: energy, reliability, composure when things get loud, and a feel for the culture of the game. The rest, we teach.

Brodie® is committed to an inclusive hiring process. Need an accommodation to apply? Contact us and we'll help.
